These Terms govern your use of haryanatdrexchange.com and the WhatsApp services offered under the brand Haryana TDR Exchange, which is owned and operated by Mccoy Advisors. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

We connect buyers and sellers of TDR (Transferable Development Rights) certificates in Haryana and share quotations between them. We act as a facilitator; the final agreement and transaction are between the buyer and the seller.

2. Seller responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your TDR.
• Hold valid rights to the certificates you list.
• Honour quotes you share through our platform.

3. Verification

We review seller registrations before activation and may reject or remove any listing at our discretion.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mccoy Advisors is not liable for any loss arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, or from information provided by users.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Haryana shall have jurisdiction.
